If you are convicted of the probation violation, the judge can sentence you to any sentence that was available in lieu of the probation sentence....

You can file a motion to withdraw your plea. You should discuss this with the attorney who is representing you.

Unless there are specific injuries involved, it is a class 4 felony. If those apply it is a class 3 felony.
