Once you have plead without an agreement as to sentencing, you can file a motion to reconsider sentencing within the time frame the judge...

A suspension is different than a revocation. It will end at a certain time so long as you do everything you were required to do including paying...

A DA has control over reducing charges. If you go to trial, the judge has control over whether you are found guilty of what you have been charged...

Why wouldn't you appeal? Unless you knew he was drunk and/or without a valid license allowing him to drive.
