If you got arrested, they are taking you to court. You need a lawyer, either paid or appointed if you cannot afford one.

You need an attorney. Your statement indicates a verbal threat which might not even be classified as an assault, and a subsequent home invasion....

Sounds like you have an attorney and have received an offer you are planning on accepting, so there will be not trial.
My ex pressed assault and entrapment charges when I never hit her. she claims that i strangled her, which is totally not true!
