We were introduced to Ms. Boeva through a relative for my wife's greencard application. Since I am a permanent resident and not a US citizen, the visa back-log was not in our favor. All of the attorneys we consulted told us there was no way except waiting until I became a US citizen. Ms. Bo...eva was the only attorney that told us about a special situation when visa back-log in USCIS website become current. It was a free option for us to just be ready in case the back-log becomes current. And guess what. Back-log became current in August and September of 2013, and we were ready, thanks to Ms. Boeva. So we filed all the paper work in August, got my wife's work permit and travel document in early November, and today had our interview. Our case got approved and we are expecting her greencard in 3 weeks. So, over all the process took 6 months. If we had listened to other attorneys we would still be waiting for my citizenship.
