Lucas Brice Cupkovic

We had worked with Lucas previously on a couple of home purchases. He wasn't particularly responsive for those but was good enough to get the job done. On our last transaction, Lucas stopped responding to us when we told him that we wanted to try to get out of the purchase agreement we made with the ...buyer. We contacted him at least a half-dozen times and received no response whatsoever. Apparently, Lucas likes to work only on simple, straightforward deals. If things become slightly difficult, he runs in the opposite direction and ghosts his clients. If you want a real estate attorney determined to fight for you and not run from challenges, I recommend hiring someone else.
