Jon Ryan Neumann

A partner at Maune, Raichle, Hartley, French & Mudd, Jon is an experienced attorney who helps patients and families impacted by mesothelioma.

Jon is licensed to practice law in California, Illinois, Minnesota, Washington, and Wisconsin and has exclusively represented victims of asbestos exposure since 2002.

During law school Jon focused his studies on human rights and workers' rights. This course of study ultimately led him to his career as a litigator working on behalf of union members and other working Americans facing terminal illness and death due to unsafe products and workplace conditions.

Jon has represented pipefitters, steamfitters, machinists, boilermakers, electricians, laborers, plasterers, tile setters, painters, drywallers, auto mechanics, longshoremen, ceramics workers, factory workers, and U.S. Navy machinist's mates, boiler technicians, electrician's mates, and enginemen who were wrongfully exposed to asbestos-containing products and materials.

Additionally, Jon has prosecuted claims involving industrial talc and cosmetic, makeup, and talcum powder products contaminated with asbestos, as well as para-occupational take home, environmental, and neighborhood asbestos exposures.

Over the course of his career, Jon has helped clients suffering from mesothelioma recover more than one billion dollars from asbestos defendants.

Jon travels throughout the country representing individuals and families impacted by mesothelioma, with recent clients residing in Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

In addition to litigating mesothelioma cases and negotiating settlements on behalf of clients, Jon manages the firm's marketing efforts, including television, digital marketing, and outreach to individuals and families impacted by a mesothelioma diagnosis.
