Elizabeth is a member of the firm’s regulatory & compliance department. She focuses her practice on energy regulation and counsels her clients on a variety of regulatory and litigation matters, including energy efficiency and renewable portfolio standards, net metering, distributed generation, energy procurement, and competitive market restructuring. Elizabeth also devotes a substantial portion of her practice to analyzing and implementing state legislation that affects energy policy and public utility regulation.
Prior to joining the firm, she was a legal and policy advisor to the Chairman of the Illinois Commerce Commission. During law school, she was the editor of notes and comments for the DePaul Law Review, and during the summer, she was an extern for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio.
