I am a University of Chicago law school graduate with an undergraduate business degree from Northwestern University.  We represent individuals and small-to medium size companies. 

An important aspect of good representation is determining the key issues for a client and resolving them in a timely manner.  This concept enables me to be productive and reasonable and enable clients to have quality representation while keeping the fee structure very reasonable. I have the ability to relate to and get along with people of all ages and persuasions.  Being responsive to clients is important.  I always stay in close contact with my clients and return their telephone calls in a timely manner.

With respect to dispute resolution, good results can best be attained by gathering all necessary information, creating a timeline and narrative of events that is persuasive and articulate and keeping the emotion of the moment from precluding successful negotiations.

My specialties include general business, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, landlord/tenant issues, dispute resolutions, start-up companies, various business agreements, commodity and index trading issues, foreclosures, mechanics liens, and short sales.
