Car Accident 50%

Car accidents usually occur because someone was not careful (negligence). The law says that the wrongdoer should pay the damages, such as medical bills, lost wages, pain & suffering, and disability. Drivers by law must have car insurance which covers these damages. Insurance companies are in business to make money and typically shortchange people wrongfully injured in accidents. Having an attorney is important in getting a just resolution as well as resolving liens.

Brain Injury 10%

Many accidents result in injuries to the brain (Traumatic Brain Injury) sometimes even without direct trauma to the head but as a result of sudden acceleration deceleration or whiplash cases. TBI is often overlooked and misunderstood by doctors, juries and insurance adjustors. TBI may have a devastating effect on people such as memory & concentration or focus, headaches, vertigo, feelings of lost in space, difficulty finding the right word, slow thinking, visual disturbances & worse.

Motorcycle Accident 10%

In 2012, 4,957 motorcyclists were killed in motor vehicle traffic crashes—an increase of 7 percent from the 4,630 motorcyclists killed in 2011. There were 93,000 motorcyclists injured during 2012, a 15-percent increase from 81,000 in 2011. Motorcyclists need attorneys who understand the unique problems faces by motorcyclists on the road, such as distracted drivers, texting, aggressiveness as well as careless lane changes and inattention to motorcycles who are less visible.
