Identity theft can be charged many ways. You need to have an attorney review the exact charges. You can be held no bond on your probation violation...

Yes. Jail is not mandatory for the dui. If you also have driving on revoked there will probably be some mandatory jail time.

Yes, he will have to hire an attorney if he posted bond. Some attorneys will accept payment from the bond.
