4-15 years but there is always a possibility of your attorney getting the case reduced and getting boot camp or some type of probation.

I think it will be hard for state the prove the case, he can demand trial or try to get probation on a reduced charge.

If they already posted the bond there is nothing they can do. You can use the bond money to pay attorney fees or court...
