Appeals take years, there are plenty of good attorneys who do appeals but they are quite expensive. Does he currently have an attorney.

Yes, i would absolutely try to get you drug school. Four classes and then they dismiss the case. Its important to keep your record...
I got a letter from Neal C.Tenen law firm asking me to pay $300.00 . I went to court and paid a fine 185.00 for shoplifting.
