Im on parole and jst received house arrest no hold was placed on me can i fight this case w/o parole finding out.

They will find out. Just because they didnt place a hold does not mean that they do not know.

If your sons attorney demanded trial it would be past term. It is very unlikely they did. I've never heard of a case getting a six month...
