You wont be able to vacate a PCS conviction.

You cant do supervision on a non suit. Non suit means it was dismissed.

No. Jail is possible but not likely on a first arrest.
On my rap sheet ,a charge of Battery 38-12-3 was listed,then a second one was Battery38-12-3a,.
