Daniela Velasquez, Esq. was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After attending the University of Central Florida, where she received a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in Legal Studies and a certificate in Criminal Profiling, Daniela went on to obtain her J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago (formally The John Marshall Law School).
Daniela is licensed in the State of New Mexico eligible to practice immigration law has experience in multiple areas of immigration law ranging from unaccompanied minor representation to temporary protective status (TPS). In her free time, Daniela loves to read (non-legal books), swim and create art. When she is not relaxing at home with a good book or working on a new painting, she is going on long walks with her dog or trying out new sushi spots in Chicago.
