Thorough, Communicative, Effective

All throughout the expungement process, Courtney was very thorough in her explanations and available for questions. Her work resulted in a successful expungement, and she kept me up to date throughout. I would highly recommend her.

Absolute Best!

Without question, far exceeds expectation in all ways! Communication is beyond exceptional and professional yet friendly also. Even on cases that aren’t easy, she is the best of the best at what she does!

Above and Beyond

We recently hired Ms. Kelledes to overturn and expunge my husband's felony. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only did she get his case overturned, she helped clear some other mistakes from his youth. She was always polite, professional and extremely patient when we had q...uestions about the process, timeline, terminology, etc. She is very honest, upfront and communicative. Court cases take time and there's a lot of moving pieces going on in the background that we, as clients, aren't often aware of. Courtney made sure we never felt out of the loop and was quick to check in/respond to us. Thank you Courtney for getting my husband his rights back. We are forever grateful to you.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Over the years, I've had the privilege of witnessing Courtney represent individuals petitioning the Cook County Courts for expungement and sealing relief, as well as watching (and learning from) her making oral arguments on clemency petitions to the Illinois Prisoner Review Board on behalf of petitioners seeking clemency/pardon relief. She is an outstanding advocate for her clients and anyone would be lucky to call her his/her attorney!"
