Work comp.

Bill (william) was very helpful! I have never been in a situation to need a lawyer and he helped me every step of the way. He made a very stressful work injury less stressful for me. Without Bill representing me I would not received pain medication or the surgery I needed. Thank you for all the help!

What a day!

From our original hearing time scheduled at 9am all the way to finishing our new hearing at 3pm my day sure was made by Bill! After constant delays due to other parties Bill used our extra time wisely and helped me build a better case at the Malman Law Offices! Not to mention told some funny stories, got me prepped for questioning at the Daley Center, and potentially a better outcome than originally planned for my Workers Comp Case! Bill rocked out like a rock star for my hearing on May 23rd and I appreciate all his insight and help with my case.

Bill fought for me and I’m grateful!

Bill came out n my case after my first attorney left the firm and he quickly got engaged and contacted me about my case, which due to Covid and other issues had dragged on for over two years. From our first phone call I was delighted at his enthusiasm to resolve my case and his professionalism. Bill not only fought to get me $30,000 more than was offered, he even got me reimbursed $1500 on an unpaid bill after we accepted the amended settlement! Took the stress out of my personal injury cases

Last August, I was in a car accident while riding in a driving-service vehicle that resulted in multiple hospital visits and a surgical procedure. I knew I needed to get a personal injury lawyer involved, and that’s when I found William. William has been an absolute pleasure to have as my representation. He has kept me updated throughout the legal process, and has made everything extremely easy for me to understand. He has been quick to respond, and I can’t emphasize how much of a relief it has been to have such a stand-up attorney working with me. He has never made me feel silly for asking a million questions, and always gives clear and concise answers. I recommend William to anyone and everyone involved in a personal injury accident. Phenomenal Attorney

William Schmitz is the picture perfect attorney. I could not have asked for a better person for the job. Not only did he take the time to consult me legally, but he took the time to get to know me personally and ease my fears. He breaks down each step of the process so that you are 100% aware of what is going to happen and what could possibly happen. William does not beat around the bush with the legal advice which I appreciated. He did not sugar coat any of the information and gave accurate dollar amounts as well as time frames as to when things could happen. He was very accommodating to all of my questions and concerns and took extra time to explain each of my questions and go into depth of what it meant. Mr. William Schmitz was definitely a life saver! He definitely helped me with my case and I couldn’t appreciate it more! Especially during this pandemic, he was still there for my case. A freaking semi!

Absolutely amazing. I was hit by a semi pulling a stage as a independent contractor.. I was given a friend's recommended attorney and he was awful I was lost and confused my back was really messed up. I was about to give up and I met Mr.Schmitz and WOW my options opened and he walked me through it like a child across the street. I had a million questions and he never neglected to follow up with me. Settled out of court and I'm VERY happy. If you see this bill My family and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Work Comp Case

We are very pleased with the outcome of our case, even though it was a longer fight than anticipated. Covid slowed the roll of things a bit, but that was out of everyone’s hands. We were fighting a workman’s comp/statute of limitations case. We had what we needed to get a fair outcome, we just had to go through the back and forth until we met in the middle. Bill was great with providing the information we needed and then took time to explain things the “why” or the “why not” so we could make an informed decision of how to proceed. He gave us honest advice and opinions based on what would be in OUR best interest. We would certainly reach out to him again should we need representation in the future.

Above and beyond

William has gone above and beyond to help my wife during her case. He has worked his butt off to get as much money as possible to help her with her injuries. If we had any other lawyer I am certain we would be missing out on thousands of dollars.
