I’m Viktoriia, an immigration attorney who intimately understands the ups and downs of the immigration process—I’ve navigated it myself. My legal career started with a degree in Constitutional Law from Kazan Federal University, because understanding the laws that govern a nation has always been a passion. I then expanded my legal acumen internationally by earning an LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Chicago-Kent College of Law in the U.S. Early in my career, I gained critical insights during an externship in the Financial Crimes and Corruption Unit at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office, handling complex fraud cases.

For over two years, I've worked alongside immigration attorneys at the Children’s Legal Center, advocating for immigrant children and families. My blend of personal experience and professional dedication drives my passion for immigration law.
