I hired Kameli during an extremely urgent immigration situation. Within just three days, it became evident that he was unresponsive and took no concrete steps on my case despite multiple follow-ups. I explained my urgency and requested a refund so I could find help elsewhere. Although he initially re...sisted, he ultimately refunded the payment—because, in reality, no legal work had been done. What’s most disturbing is what followed: after issuing the refund, he called me and said, “Your American dream ends here. You’ll never stay in this country and GOOD BYE". I was shocked and deeply disturbed. Such a comment is completely unethical and unprofessional, especially coming from a licensed attorney speaking to someone in a vulnerable legal position. I’m sharing this to warn others. No matter how desperate or time-sensitive your case is, I would not trust this attorney with your future or your dignity. There are many professional lawyers out there—this was not one of them.

Do not use Kameli Law. I deeply regret signing up with them for my Eb2 NIW petition. After an onboarding call that left my concerns unaddressed, I canceled on the very same day—yet they still kept my deposit, counting a mere email response as “billable work.” It’s shameful that they refused to review... any of my documents, but spent over a month determined to keep my money. All communications, with Romina, Angelica, and Taher included, amounted to nothing but avoidance. Their unprofessional and predatory behavior makes it clear they care more about profit than providing actual legal services. I was cheated with the awareness of Taher himself. I strongly advise anyone seeking honest and responsive legal representation to look elsewhere.
