You can marry anyone you want to marry. I assume you are asking if marriage will change your status. Your spouse can file a visa petition for you...

You are a permanent resident. Your status does not depend on being married, so long as your divorce itself does not suggest any lack of good faith...

I don't recommend filing any forms with USCIS until and unless they ask you. There is something seriously wrong of your application is pending 12...
