Not unless a visa was filed for you or your parents before April 30, 2001. If not, you must depart the U.S. in order to obtain an immigrant visa.

I unerstand that Canada does have visas for domestic partners. Since there is a U.S. immigration site, you should contact a Canadian immigration...
