US Embassies no longer conduct weddings. You can file a visa petition for her, in the U.S., which will be forwarded to France.

The date the visa expires is not the same as the date your status ends. Your I-94 should provide that date.

The basic reason why a visa would be denied is that you do not qualify. Any decision will be in writing and will give the reason for the decision.
