She can do whatever she wants to do, but it does not seem that enlisting in the army would violate your student visa.

You have a right to file for divorce if you wish. Neither you nor the family court can force your husband to file for you to immigrate to the U.S.

If the charges are pending and you did not show up to a hearing, a warrant may be issued against you. Generally retail theft would not stop you...
