OMG - Do Not Accept Him

If you need a PD, DO NOT ACCEPT Ron Hahn. You'd be better off representing yourself! My daughter got upset bc she was grounded. Friends told her make claims of abuse in order to get taken out of home ... to go to party. She did. School called cops who call DCFS. Cops took her to hospital. Doctor foun...d NOTHING wrong and no signs of any problems. DCFS investigator at hospital found no problems and suggested dropping case. 2nd investigator (few days later) also said no problems and "we will not pursue this" and my daughter would be returned home. That entire interview was on tape WITH investigator's consent, during which he quoted the 1st investigator's report also saying my daughter should be returned home. When I spoke with DCFS supervisor, she was very upset and refused to explain their process or my rights to me. I informed her that I was aware of the State's requirements for them to provide the info prior to interview and then she blew up on me shouted "I am taking your daughter and you will never see her again!" Somehow, that supervisor convinced the 2nd investigator, Jino John, to lie in court about the interview and his findings. Ronald Hahn REFUSED to introduce the recording of the interview as evidence to refute the testimony of both Jino John and his supervisor, Denise Briglio. Largely bc of this I lost my daughter. Ronald Hahn ALLOWED DCFS PERSONNEL TO LIE UNDER OATH KNOWING HE HAD PROOF THAT THEY WERE PERJURING THEMSELVES . . . AND HE DID NOTHING . . . AND I LOST MY DAUGHTER AS A RESULT ! ! ! ! ! ! ! He didn't want to inconvenience the judge and the others involved with having to listen to 40 minutes of EVIDENCE of perjury and my innocence. This guy should not be practicing law. DO NOT TAKE HIM AS YOUR LEGAL REPRESENTATION ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !
