I became an attorney to help people solve problems.  

I provide sound advice and prepare the necessary legal documents to move a project forward, for a reasonable rate.  

I listen to my clients. I discuss strategy with my clients and provide budgeted project management for commercial deals and for litigation so my clients have appropriate expectations and work together to accomplish goals.   I talk to my clients when things are going above budget due to unforeseen complications and difficult opposing counsel (it happens—I wish it didn't!) to keep fees transparent.   The small firm culture allows me to be fast, responsive, and accessible.

In my free time, I like to play squash, go running with my beautiful wife, and eat my wife’s delicious baked goods.
