Biography
I began my first two years of practice in the Office of the Illinois Attorney General Office working on criminal appeals in the state appellate and supreme courts, as well as habeas corpus litigation in the federal courts. I spent almost 16 years with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago where I prosecuted a variety of felony cases including property crimes, batteries, sexual assaults, and murders. I have extensive trial experience with at least 60 felony jury trials as well as dozens of published appellate matters.
Since 2013, I have been working in the financial services industry where I enforce trading rules and regulations on commodity futures exchanges in New York and Chicago.
