Malaika Kijana Caldwell

Malaika Caldwell concentrates her law practice in both the private and public sector of employee benefits; with a primary focus on compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code requirements for both retirement and health systems. Her practice includes responding to federal tax questions, compliance with federal laws, fiduciary issues and plan design innovations. She also advises clients regarding all aspects of PPACA that affect employee benefit plans.
