Kristian Andrew Werling

I represent medical device and biopharmaceutical manufacturers and health care service providers in a wide variety of transactional matters. I also represents private equity and venture capital investors in investments in the life sciences and health care industries. In this capacity, I work with cross-disciplinary teams to conduct legal due diligence and execute acquisitions, add-on acquisitions and divestitures, as well as provide ongoing legal services to portfolio companies. In the health care services arena, I have particular experience with transactions and joint ventures involving ambulatory surgical centers, physician and dental practices, and dialysis facilities.
