Biography
As a former IRS attorney, I represent people and companies experiencing problems with IRS and Illinois Department of Revenue. That includes civil and criminal tax investigations, examinations, penalties, delinquent tax returns, appeals and litigation, as well as tax collection issues. I provide legal representation in cases under consideration by the taxing authorities, the U.S. Attorney, the U.S. Department of Justice and the Illinois Attorney General. I practice in the U.S. District Court, U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Court of Appeals and all Illinois courts.
