Jeremy Nicholas Boeder

I concentrate my practice on counseling and representing clients in professional liability and disciplinary matters, working closely with attorneys, insurance agents and other professionals. As a hardworking, dedicated, and conscientious professional, I understand the issues facing fellow professionals forced to defend themselves from civil and ethical claims. My practice also involves the analysis and litigation of insurance coverage matters and commercial disputes as well as general tort litigation. I have achieved favorable results for my clients through mediation and arbitration, as lead counsel in numerous jury trials and, frequently, as appellate counsel.

I was selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition in 2013, 2014 and 2015 for my work in the area of professional malpractice defense. In 2015, I was also honored as an Illinois “Emerging Lawyer” by Law Bulletin Publishing Company. Emerging Lawyers are those who are age 40 or under or have been practicing law for 10 years or less. Fewer than 2% of all lawyers in the State of Illinois receive this distinction.
