Jennifer B. Santoro

Jennifer Santoro works to aggressively and proactively resolve complex workers’ compensation matters for insurers, third-party administrators, and clients in a diverse range of industries, including construction, transportation, commercial distribution, employment agencies, food processing, medical organizations, and more. Her extensive experience in Illinois includes appearances before Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission review panels and in the state's circuit and appellate courts. She also resolves matters through arbitration.

Jennifer is also well-equipped to help clients deal with Medicare compliance, which has become an increasing concern that complicates all aspects of litigation management.  She is experienced in conditional payment issues, mandatory insurer reporting under Section 111, analyzing the need for Medicare Set-Aside (MSAs) arrangements, and the preparation of those MSAs.  Jennifer is a Medicare Set-Aside Consultant, certified through the International Commission on Health Care Certification.
