Trial work is a very specific skill that must be honed learned over time. I have more than 30 years of experience in trial work as an attorney. The entire time I have spent as an advocate for victims of medical malpractice. Over the years I have learned that the only way to become a good trial lawyer is to actually try cases. Many attorneys try to avoid a trial by settling early to avoid the work and pressure associated with trying a case before a jury.

Here at Cirignani Heller & Harman we represent the victims of medical malpractice, it is our sole focus, and we bring a great deal of experience with us to help level the playing field for our clients. Bill Cirignani started his career as medical malpractice defense lawyer and has unique insight into the opposition victim's face. My partner Stan Heller began his professional career as a medical doctor before becoming a lawyer. Prior to my many years of trial work, I was a registered respiratory therapist.

Since 1990 it has been my focus to help victims of medical malpractice find justice. I've seen the successful resolution of many cases, both through settlement and actual jury verdicts, many of which resulted in multi-million dollar compensation for our clients.
