I work with clients to carry out their wishes as to who will inherit from them when they pass away. I advise clients on the best estate planning tools for their specific situation including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts (including special needs trusts and spendthrift trusts) and irrevocable trusts.

I assist clients in navigating through the court process in order to distribute assets of the decedent. I also represent individuals in contested estates, including will and trust contests. Additionally, I represent individuals in disabled adult guardianships. I advise clients in litigation stemming from breach of fiduciary duties as well as litigation resulting from financial exploitation of the elderly.

I assist clients in selecting the proper business entity for their new venture and advise clients on their day to day matters including contract preparation, employment agreements as well as employment disputes.
