Very unprofessional law firm. Their firm led us to believe that we would be able to file a chapter 7. Reaching your attorney on the phone is next to impossible, and they take forever to return a phone call. We were finally told that we would have to file a chapter 13 which was equal to the amount of ...the credit card payments, and when we took issue with this, the attorney accused us of providing wrong information and was very combative on the phone. The attorney told us what information to provide them initially. We're not bankruptcy attorneys, so we have to depend on them regarding how to proceed. This firm also seems to have a high turnover rate. The attorney we initially dealt with was gone, but it took them months to tell us. Their rates are lower than other attorneys, but you get what you pay for. Also, they advertise in one of the major Chicago papers, but we were told after the fact that they don't like to take cases outside of Cook County.
