EVP

Myra represented our firm in a regulatory matter. She is a fast learner and has deep understanding of brokerage operations, particularly the details of execution and clearing. Myra’s demeanor works well with regulators in the current environment.

A great business partner

I first hired Myra when a business partner abruptly withdrew from the business leaving a complex liability. Although the value of the debt was not huge, Myra was sophisticated in her approach to determine the former partner was personally liable and obtain restitution. Myra pursued negotiation until ...it was clear a bigger hammer was needed. Then Myra handled the litigation up to the point where the other party agreed to settle with a favorable outcome. The obligation was paid in full. Throughout, Myra was an excellent partner in strategizing and implementing a practical plan, appropriate to the size of the liability. I've since relied on Myra for other matters as well.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
