Best in the business

Mr. Goode has been my attorney for a number of years now. He has a unique ability to build rapport with any states attorney he comes across and he is on a personal friend basis with many judges around Chicagoland. If you need a charismatic lawyer to paint you in the best light possible in order to wi...n your case and reduce or eliminate legal penalties, then looked no further. I consider him part of my family and without him, my young daughter would've had much less time with her father. This man wins cases, period. Anything from criminal defense, to medical malpractice and otherwise, he's a jack of all skills. I owe this man much more than I will ever be able to repay. You will not regret your decision to hire him for any and all legal needs. Thanks Mike!

Child Custody

After loosing two child custody cases (both reversed by Appellate court) Mr Goode was hired for the 3rd trial. The mother had services of one of the largest firms in Chicago, who came to court each day with 4 lawyers. As this was my 3rd trial for custody, I can empirically state that Mr Goode out ...performed this law firm in every aspect of the trial (examination, x examination, discovery, etc) and won the custody case for me. He has one of the best and quickest legal minds that I saw in 6 1/2 years of custody battle. Absolutely unequivocally brilliant.

Further suspension stayed issued in IL, 1994

updated on 08/29/2013

Further suspension stayed means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements. Typically the requirements are included in a probation term the lawyer has been given at the same time.

Partially Stayed Suspension issued in IL, 1994

updated on 05/19/2022

Suspension followed by probation issued in IL, 1994

updated on 04/16/2013

This type of suspension means an attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. When the attorney returns to practice the State monitors the his or her activities for a period of time.

Censure issued in IL, 1989

updated on 03/14/2010

Censure means the attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
