Klaudia Jasinski

Klaudia Jasinski is a dedicated criminal and traffic defense attorney with more than a decade of experience, including extensive work in administrative Secretary of State hearings. Known for her thorough preparation and unwavering advocacy, Klaudia skillfully guides clients through complex legal challenges ranging from traffic violations and DUIs to serious felony charges. Before joining Driver Defense Team, she served as a 711 Law Clerk at the Cook County Public Guardian’s Office, where she handled high-conflict custody matters and cases involving neglected and abused children. In private practice, she has litigated and negotiated cases involving aggravated unlawful use of weapons and other serious criminal offenses.

Originally from Poland, Klaudia was raised on Chicago’s Northwest Side and graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University after attending Loyola Academy. While in school, she gained international experience through an internship with the Irish Parliament (Dáil Éireann) and participation in a human rights delegation to Vietnam during law school at John Marshall Law School (now UIC School of Law). Active in her community, Klaudia serves on the board of the Legion of Young Polish Women and shares her heritage by teaching Polish folk dancing.
