Biography
I have served as lead counsel in state and federal cases throughout the country, representing clients at trial, on appeal, and in arbitrations, mediations, and proceedings before regulatory agencies. I have had significant litigation experience in the following areas:

- SEC investigations and enforcement actions
- FDIC investigations

- Antitrust investigations and litigation
- Purchase price adjustment and valuation proceedings

I am a member of the bars of the District of Massachusetts, Northern District of Illinois (General and Trial Bars) and Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Courts of Appeals for the Third, Sixth, Seventh, Ninth, and Eleventh Circuits. I am also a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society.
I have taught CLE-accredited courses on SEC investigations, expert witnesses, and judgment bar orders and client-training classes on securities litigation and damages analysis.
