Dominic C. Loverde

This is a difficult review to write, because I don't even know where to begin. Although this will be a long review, I will start from the beginning. While taking my son hunting early on a fall morning our lives were almost taken by a motorist that was believed to have fallen asleep behind the whee...l. My young son and I were airlifted to two separate trauma hospitals, hours away from each other. We were both in comas, we both suffered critical injuries and remained in ICU for several weeks. Although our situation was tragic, the poor family of the person that hit us died on impact. My poor wife was terrified. I can't imagine being in a position where two people's lives that I would do anything to protect were hanging on by a thread at the exact same time. To make matters worse, they are 2 hours away from each other. How do you handle that? Within hours, a family friend referred her to Dominic Lo Verde. He visited my family at my home and made everyone feel that someone had their back. He quickly swooped in and guided her through all of the things that she would expect. He helped her through all of the important things that she should do to help protect her son, husband, and herself in that very hectic and tragic time. She had no idea what to do in the next minute, let alone weeks, months, or years down the line. He was truly a godsend at that very moment. He called her daily and answered all of her phone calls and questions. He steered her through all of the health insurance formalities to guarantee that we were properly taken care of and covered. While doing all of that he managed to hit the ground running with our case. He hired specialists to recreate the accident scene, forensic analysts to pull the black box records from our vehicles, GPS records, and so much more! He navigated his way through insurance companies to assure that our medical bills were taken care of. Our medical bills turned out to be in the millions! Jumping ahead a month, I was finally stable and able to have a phone call with this angel Dominic that my wife had been raving about. He answered the phone on the first ring and made me feel that there was hope in this insane and terrifying time. He assured me not to worry, that I would be taken care of and made whole. He said to put all of my strength into recovering, and to leave the worrying up to him. He continued to keep in touch with me, and provided every update along the way! He continued to answer every phone call that I had placed. Even on Sunday's! Weeks later we were home just before Christmas. He came and visited us. He shook my weak hand and assured me that he had my back! He guided me through our months of rehabilitation. After being released from my many therapist's and doctor's care, he began working endlessly to make sure that our medical bills were paid, and that we would recieve compensation for our horrible injuries. With the little bit he had to work with, he surprised me yet again. I couldn't of imagined how well he was able to negotiate our medical bills. After negotiating our bills, amazingly, he was able to provide us with very generous compensation! Through 9 months of this ordeal he answered almost every text, email, and phone call! Those that he couldn't, he called me back as soon as physically possible. I could of never guessed, that through all of my hardship there could of been a bright side. I made a true friend through all of this. I literally may invite him to Christmas dinner. Without him, my wife, children, and I would have been not only lost, but taken advantage of and in bankruptcy! He honestly became family! Dominic, if you read this, we love you! Thank you counselor!
