I just got cut off of workers comp cuz last dr i saw said my emg is normal and i was released tofull duty.

Your facts do not make sense. If the IME said your EMG was normal, he would NOT recommend surgery. Consult a local WC attorney ASAP.

I worked at my job for 10 years and recently quit there. I developed carpal tunnel from my job. Am I still able to file a claim?

You have a Workers' Compensation claim and a personal injury claim. You need to pursue BOTH claims. Get an attorney who handles both types of cases.
