Dishonest

My lawyer, William Turner, failed to adhere to the percentage of 33% and instead initially took 40% of my final payment. When I called him on this, he asked that I accept less than 33% and meet moreso in between 33% and 40%, which was not what I agreed to contractually. I also have proof of the 2 di...fferent check amounts for those who need to see the evidence. 40% was to be their fee if my case went to trial and it did NOT!!! No, I do not wish to discuss this matter further with Mr. Turner or his law firm, as I already have talked to Mr. Turner, to NO avail!
