Upon getting called by Mr. Smalling in taking my case, he failed over and over in corresponding with the facts I kept supplying in order to win the case. He poorly maintained the emails I sent him pertaining exactly what happened in my injury during my employment, he poorly maintained gathering up th...e facts needed to present to the judge. We never met in person until trial, which through a flag to me. How can you gather all the information through emails and not sitting down with clients showing you paperwork and speaking directly to you, as your writing down exactly what the judge wants to hear and see? On the day of trial, Mr. Smalling seemed confused, he kept on asking me "what else do you have for me to say?" "Help me out here" and he almost kept quite as the judge was asking the questions to us. We lost the case. I went through surgery and rehab and didn't get income for 6 months. I would NOT recommend the attorney.
