Scott Phillip Gordon

I was visiting Chicago and unfortunately received a misdemeanor citation from the Chicago police department. My good friend recommended Scott Gordon as a criminal defense lawyer. The morning after I was issued a citation I had to go back to New York for work. I had no time to meet with Scott in pe...rson. Fortunately, Scott was very easy to work with from long distance. Mr. Gordon was able to get my charge expunged right away and I was extremely satisfied with his work. I was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor charges. One for resisting arrest, and another for underage drinking. As a college student at a prestigious university, I was freaking out that this arrest would ruin my future. Along with this, my parents were also freaking out. Online, it said that these ...offenses were punishable up to a 6 month period in jail. I knew that this wouldn't happen, but regardless it was scary and my family and I was worried. I was accused by the berkely police department of driving under the influence. Truth was i had only had two beers at midnight and they pulled me over around 2:15am.
