Go-to lawyer for DUI/criminal defense
Scott helped us out with a minor in possession of alcohol charge in which we prevailed on appeal against the charging municipality. He was brilliant at the hearing but it was a kangaroo court. The appeals court then reversed the finding of liability based on Scott's trial questioning of the officer.
