I was arrested on two counts of misdemeanor charges. One for resisting arrest, and another for underage drinking. As a college student at a prestigious university, I was freaking out that this arrest would ruin my future. Along with this, my parents were also freaking out. Online, it said that these ...offenses were punishable up to a 6 month period in jail. I knew that this wouldn't happen, but regardless it was scary and my family and I was worried. Scott took the time out of a weekday day to meet with my parents and I, explain the case at hand and calm them down. Out of the two separate charges, I did not get convicted of either charge. Scott took care of everything for me, all I was left with was probation and a simple alcohol class online. Scott is extremely responsive, you can call him at any time. I was accused by the berkely police department of driving under the influence. Truth was i had only had two beers at midnight and they pulled me over around 2:15am. My son has had many unfortunate run-ins with the law since he was seventeen. Scott Gordon has been with us through all of these situations.
