The victim had picked our client out of a lineup, and a photo-spread, and our client lived within 2 blocks of the crime scene, and he was on bond for another armed robbery at the time. However, the client told us he was innocent. Ramon and I worked hard and we picked apart the States case bit by bit. Then we took the case to a jury and after a three day jury trial the jury was out only 30 minutes before coming back with a Not Guilty verdict.
