My experience with this law office is not a good one I chose to work with this law office due to they've been in Chicago for many years and I heard great things about them but working with them personally is not where it should be I've been in a case with Schumann for over a year I have not received ...any updates any phone calls Nothing I spoke with the attorney one time within this whole year I barely speak with the paralegal I've requested through emails and text messages for someone to lease Contact me and give me status and update I am at level 5 where the attorney is supposed to speak with me and I have not heard from the attorney at all and I've been at level 5 for over almost 6 months half a year and not understanding I know that they took this case and I'm very grateful but I feel like I am not being heard And I'm not getting help that I truly need I am still in the same bad situation I was in before I even contacted human legal I just asked for help I'm not asking For a lot of money I just want to be put back to where I was
