I had the displeasure of being on the phone with this person, and she did not let me answer any of the questions she was asking me, and kept iterating that I was trying to make her the enemy when I never in fact, said anything about making anybody a enemy, she insisted that I needed to get my act tog...ether When I was trying my best to answer her questions. If I could rate in the negatives I would give her -10

Worst experience with Lisa Ochal IDES lawyer. When trying to explain my case and the facts she told me “ I need to get my act together”. She complained on how she had other cases to handle then mind and began to yell at me for trying to answer her questions. She also yelled at the employer which no j...udge should talk to people in a condescending manner. She continued my case and throughout the whole experience continued to say “ I don’t care about your discharge if it was retaliatory or not”. I never even brought that up. I never once brought up anything retaliatory but tried to answer her questions to the best of my abilities. No person should be allowed to to talk to people in the way she did.

This was one of the most disrespectful judges I have ever came across. This judge yelled at me multiple times telling me i need to stop lying and told me she would cut the interview off if I said one more word. I felt like I wasn’t able to explain my side of the story. She isn’t fair. I felt mistreat...ed, and disrespected. What I was going through was tough and she made it even worse. She needs to not be a judge and people cases should not be put in the hands of her.

No stars actually. I just had the extreme displeasure of talking to this very unprofessional lawyer over the phone. Sadly, she is one of the attorneys IDES has chosen to consult on unemployment cases. After giving her preliminary information I gave her information that I thought she should know abo...ut my case. She then preceded to yell over the phone saying "she is not a mind-reader" and "why was I telling her information she did not ask for!" She proceeded to then threaten my sister who overheard her yelling saying that she was eavesdropping on a private conversation. She then told me she was unwilling to help me and closing my case. To top it all off she hung up on me!!!! If you want to be treated horribly and talked down to from an overpaid, unprofessional so-called lawyer, Lisa is the one for you!
