I have a niche personal injury practice. Although I have handle many types of cases over the years, about 95% of my current practice is devoted to advocating for bicyclists or pedestrians injured as the result of negligence. About 30% of our cases at any given time are hit-and-run collisions between bicyclists and cars.

Excellent service

I highly recommend Jim Freeman. His tenacity and knowledge helped me immensely. I have never had to deal with someone else's insurance company and he was very good at walking me through how things were going to work. He also kept me informed when things happened and answered any questions that I h...ad. I could see that it took a lot of work on his part and I was very happy when things ended on a positive note.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
