A few years ago I was going though the most harrowing experience I could imagine. Overnight, I went from a working family-man to criminally charged with charges I did not foresee. Up to then, other than the occasional ticket, I had no meaningful exposure to our legal system. The effect it had on... me was staggering. My life and career were impacted as was my family. In fact my teen-age children were dealing with subpoena's to testify and were very lost in this process. What did I do? I turned to Mr. Lipuma with all the facts.
